Day 1 Discussion

The partners reported that all the required tasks for the implementation and finalization of the Toolkit have been duly completed. The Toolkits have been translated into all project partners' languages and are now available on the project website.

The assessment on the piloting has been conducted, and all partners agreed to proceed with the implementation of the Guidelines as the second project result.

The partners agreed to provide a report on the activities implemented at the regional level during the piloting to the coordinator, Stuba.

Skola Felix, with the contribution of Eddy Richardson and Mariana Štefanková, proposed collecting photos and videos during the piloting phase to create posters and posts for further dissemination activities.

Lumen -Giordano Vignoli provided the Arduino system to Ecece, and it has been successfully implemented in pilot schools.

The partners reviewed the social media dissemination tools implemented by Paraskevi Theodorou and the website and videos implemented by Eddy Richardson (Skola Felix). The activities implemented in Bratislava by Mariana Štefanková were also showcased.

All partners agreed to increase dissemination activities in the last part of the project.

Next Steps

The next meeting is scheduled for October 19 (14-18h) and 20, 2023 (9-12h) in Bratislava.

On the morning of October 20, Stuba and Skola Felix will organize the final multiplier event, with 40 people participating in person and 60 online.

All partners are required to organize a multiplier event at the regional level with 30 participants in person and 60 online. Participants should not be students  or members of the partner's organization (or connected institutions).

Partners need to prepare a participant's list with names, organization names, and signatures, along with a declaration signed by the legal representative of each organization, stating that the participants attended the event. Photos and videos of the event are also required.

Lumen is responsible for uploading the minutes from the Italy TPM.

Partners are requested to provide the recordings of the transnational training for teachers to Skola Felix.

The deadline for the implementation of the Guidelines is the end of September 2023. Partners should provide suggestions for the template of the guidelines by the end of June. The final template will be approved and shared with partners, who are then required to implement and write their chapters before September 15. The last days of September and the month of October will be used to fine-tune the Guidelines and modify the Toolkits, if necessary, based on the piloting's results. Indicators to be shared with partners include the number and kind of dissemination activities, the number of teachers involved in the piloting, and the number of schools involved.

Day 2 Discussion

Lakeside Science & Technology Park, Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Österreich

E3stem proposed a more scientific methodology for the analysis of the collected data. All partners agreed to implement this methodology and requested E3stem to provide a template and instructions for its application. This would provide an additional tool for analyzing the collected data.

Conclusion

The partners successfully discussed the state of the implementation of the first project result, the Toolkit, and confirmed its completion.

The assessment on the piloting is  available, and all partners agreed to proceed with the implementation of the second project result, the Guidelines.

Various proposals and updates were shared, including E3stem's proposal for a scientific methodology, Skola Felix's suggestion for collecting photos and videos.

Dissemination activities were reviewed, and plans were made to increase efforts in the remaining part of the project.

The next meeting is scheduled for October 19-20, 2023, in Bratislava, with a final multiplier event organized by Stuba and Skola Felix.

Partners were reminded of their responsibilities for organizing multiplier events, providing necessary documentation, and adhering to the project's deadlines.

The meeting adjourned at 12.00 on June 9, 2023.
